OUTDOOR CONCERT
Saturday, October 9 at 7 pm, 425 Rundell St in Iowa City.
BRING A LAWN CHAIR.

Last time Keith and I played at The Flying Lemon, we shared the stage with a double rainbow.
This time our music will be illuminated by poetry from Professor David Hulm under the stars ✨
Tara McGovern (fiddle) and Keith Reins (guitar) are life-long musicians who have performed together as a duo and in several Irish bands for over 15 years. Their 2017 album, “Folk Songs You Never Sang In Grade School” garnered a “Best of 2017 Folk and Classical” designation from Iowa Public Radio.
In addition to Keith and Tara’s eclectic mix of lively jigs, reels and hornpipes; compelling arrangements of Irish, Scottish, English and American traditional songs and ballads; and originals, will be contributions from Professor David Hulm who will read some original and some Irish poetry.
Why yes, I am wearing my Pleased Overalls by Eightfold Fox in this photo and yes once again, I will be wearing my Janet dress in Galaxy flannel also by Eightfold Fox at the concert this Saturday.
