Brian Friel’s DANCING AT LUGHNASA

Widely regarded as playwright Brian Friel’s masterpiece, Tony Award-winning DANCING AT LUGHNASA is a haunting play about five unmarried sisters making a living in 1930s rural Ireland.

I’ve loved this play for decades since I saw it as a teenager and I’m so happy to be serving as music consultant on this project and also to be playing the character Rose.

Come early because we will have a traditional Irish music session in the lobby of the Coralville Center for the Performing Arts beginning an hour before each of the six performances.

Tix and more info.
